The loss of a loved one, a relationship, a beloved pet, a job, or a health crisis - these experiences, can be overwhelming and even incapacitating at times. Crises and traumatic experiences can send us on a path not of our choosing making it difficult to cope with the new circumstances. Traumatic memories can hijack the brain, making it feel as if the trauma is still happening in real time.

I offer one-on-one counseling in my office or virtual counseling through my video platform to help guide you through your challenges and help resolve your traumatic memories.

Although the past cannot be changed, it is possible to better understand what has occurred, then choose how to move forward. By applying integrative therapy approaches and techniques, we will be able to explore how you can experience a more fulfilling and meaningful life.
